My name is Tim Silva. While I was in high school, I signed up for some introductory web design classes that immediately caught my attention and interest. Since then I have been actively exploring and experimenting with Photoshop, Flash, HTML, CSS, and plenty of other software applications and languages. These are the industry standard tools used to create quality web sites starting from early design concepts all the way through the finishing touches of the developmental stage.
